Try the following document, only be sure that none of the boxes in the compatibility mode tab are checked (not just the compatibility mode box itself):

May 23, 2012 8:44 PM in response to Xx33BRYZAL33xXby Xx33BRYZAL33xX,I tried doing that but it still does it. so im thinking its bonjour because when i uninstalled bonjour, it started doing that. ive also been doing apple softwhere update(doeznt work), uninstalling and reinstalling it 5 times(doeznt work), so i really need your help!
