Install an exhaust fan in the bathroom with a duct to the outdoors. With the bathroom door closed during and immediately after a shower, the fan will pull dry indoor air under the door and prevent any water vapor from escaping the bathroom. The ventilation will benefit not only your adjacent office and everything in it, but also the bathroom itself, where mold and mildew are likely to thrive without ventilation.
