Final Cut Server and Filters in the browser window

Hi

we have an issue with a client where they have put some filters in their browser and this is causing problems uploading them to FCSvr.

This doesn't happen to every final cut pro project even though they all have filters in the browser

Has anyone else had any issues with this and are there any ways to make sure all CP projects upload correctly?
