Here is their web site:

I can't find any mention of Mac-compatibility or their system requirements there. You'll need to contact them because they have numerous products and suites of accting software listed. Find the suite you need and then either search the site or ask them directly.
You didn't indicate which iMac (processor type) you have, even though this Forum is designated for the older PowerPC processor models. From this Q&A on the Sage web site, the only option is for Intel processor-based Macs and it requires running the Windows OS via Boot Camp. Older PowerPC processor-based Macs cannot natively run the Windows environment, except through virtualization software - which Sage doesn't recommend because of possible corruption and/or loss of data.
To tell if you have a PowerPC versus an Intel Mac, go to Apple menu About This Mac. G3, G4 and G5 are PowerPC, and Intel will be mentioned directly.
It is possible with the newer Macs because they have Intel processors, but it's not recommended because Sage does not do extensive testing on an Apple environment.
I use Sage on my Mac, I have installed it on Parallels (Windows) and it works great. The technical support at Sage talked me through installing it on the Mac too and were a great help. Would definitely recommend Sage support with it. I dont know the system requirement you would need, I am running Mac OSX 10.7.5 Intel
Good report. However, the poster never came back with the extra info requested five months ago. This forum area is for pre-Intel iMas and they can't use Parallels due to the lack of the required Intel processor.
But thanks for the result. I'm sure others can use that info.
