I purchased 3 ringtones from the Apple Store and put them in my Tones library under iTunes. Now I want to sync my Tones library to my iPhone. I have tried many things but the tones are not showing up on my iPhone.

Did you select them to sync in itunes?
I am having the same problem this person is having. I have 3 ringtones, all purchased through itunes 2 years ago, also all synced to my old droid phone just fine. They will not sync to my iphone regardless of what I try. They do not show up under ringtones or any list in my music files. This is enormously frustrating as it worked like a charm with the droid.
