Q: I would like to restore my home wireless network by using a baseconfig file that I have saved. How to do that using time capsule 4th generation?

I would like to restore my home wireless network by using a baseconfig file that I have previously saved. Does anyone know how to do that using time capsule 4th generation?

Time Capsule 802.11n (4th Gen), Mac OS X (10.6.8)

    The file must be saved from the same device you are restoring it to..

     

    Open the airport utility.. manual setup.. check if it is stored on the TC itself.. much easier if it is you can just select it and revert. Otherwise use the top menu bar.. file, import configuration file..

     

    If it is from a different generation TC or AEBS do not use it.. start the configuration from scratch.. really it only takes a couple of min to configure them anyway.
