Can't sync my iPhone getting error message "backup is corrupt or not compatilbe with iPhone please delete back up file and try again". Where do I find the file on my PC to delete? which file(s)?

If you go into Edit > Preferences on your computer's iTunes and select the Devices tab then your backups should be listed - select the one for your iPhone and delete it.
