Is there an alternative to Entourage Project Centre?

Hi,

I have friends who have three computers actoss their office/house. The three people work on the same projects - calendars, employees, tour schedules and documents. They're still on Entourage 2004, but it is so filled with, by now, notorious bugs: "cannot read .rge file" "wrong password" and a repeatedly corrupting database.

I tried to give them alias access to a central folder for each project they do, but they are amazingly non-conversant with computers. Is there something that does the same job as Entourage project centre (even without the email), is as simple to use (a project window shows the project server - they don't really realise where the actual folder is), and is not buggy?
