I downlaoded streamclip but I can't figure out how to reduce the data size of a video. any ideas?

One of the easiest way would be the free program Handbrake. You can input the video and choose to output it at various resolutions
hey thanks Dave, when i tried to download the program from cnet it said the mac osx version i have wont support it, any ideas?
