Q: I have tried to complete two albums recently, then been told that it's not available. Later one of them was completely withdrawn. What's going on?

I have tried to complete two albums recently, only to be told, when I click buy, that they are not available for download.

The first one was subsequently removed from the 'complete my album' list. What's going on?

    I have run into the same trouble with Complete My Album in the last few days. I opened an iTunes support case, but so far I am not getting any good answers.

     

    Looks to me like a system problem, but I am at a total loss how to get anyone to act on it.
