I want to use my iphone and IMac together. Like use skype on my phone and then transfer it to my imac? or facetime. or playing itunes? basically if I can use it on my phone can I transfer between my phone and Imac or vis versa?

Skype is a cross platform application, you can set up Skype on any of your devices and log into your account and use it from that device. You have to download Skype and set it up before you can use it. As far as iTunes goes you can create a shared iTunes Library on your network and then any device can use the library.
