I cant watch you tube videos !!!

I cant watch youtube videos on my ipod touch 4g because every time i click on a video it says in order to watch videos,please enable plug-ins in safari settings but every time I go on to safari settings there is no option to enable plug ins agghhhhhhhhh please some one help
