iphone 4

Recently bought iphone 4 for 350 and it worked for 2 days then no calls or texts aloud, i've checked the IMEI number and says no blocks or reports to report. really frustrated now as paid good money from unknown seller and can't use it. any ideas or help would be gratefull. kind regards steve
