I've been using a pay as you go sim card for some time now. The other day I realized that I hadn't renewed my account but when I went to Settings-> Cellular Data, the View Account Button has disappeared! The end result is that I can't access my Rogers account to renew my plan 😕
HELP!
iPad 3G, iOS 5.1.1, New iPad
I am in the exact same boat. Even though my ios was up to date (5.1.1), I reset the iPad to factory settings. Still no View Account button.
Any suggestions?
