Safari will not save new bookmarks. What do I do to reset or fix the problem?
iPad 2, iOS 5.1
Still no answer ... So here's a repost. Safari on my ipad2 will not save any new bookmarks. I click n the rectangle with arrow at the top of the page, then ADD BOOKMARK, then SAVE, but the bookmark just doesn't get saved. Now what?
My iPad 2just started doing the same thing. Any answers out there?
I have the same problem. I assume it's an iOS6 issue. No similar problem with my iPhone in iOS6.
I had the same problem and in fact could not even retrieve my old bookmarks . What finally worked was something very basic, please try rebooting your IPad after leaving it off for 30-40 seconds , worked for me . All my original bookmarks are back and can add new ones too now.
This worked for me as well. I originally could not see any of my bookmarks and could not add any new ones. After this it worked fine.f
Worked for me as we'll, leave it while you make a cup of coffee and hey presto it's back.
