I'd like to transfer my i-Tunes library from my PC to a new i-Pad. Can I do that, given that the new i-Pad doesn't have a usb port?

You plug your iPad into your computer with the supplied sync cord that has a 30 pin USB on one end, a regular USB On the other. THen you can sync with iTunes and transfer your music.

That cable should have come with the iPad. No need to buy anything.

I could be wrong, but I think the OP was just making sure that he could sync his iTunes library before he goes out to buy the iPad itself .... But I am not very good at "guessing" post anymore .... Not that I ever was.
