With a MacBook Pro, circa 2006, I use an external USB keyboard. Left side of built in keyboard does not work (liquid spill) and I would like to reset PRAM. Using CMD-OPTION-P-R keys does not work with external keyboard. Any workaround?

With a MacBook Pro, circa 2006, I use an external USB keyboard. Left side of built in keyboard does not work (liquid spill) and I would like to reset PRAM. Using CMD-OPTION-P-R keys does not work with external keyboard. Any workaround? Previous posts using terminal commands did not work out.
