When I turned on my i-pod this morning it has the itunes logo on top and the picture of the cable at the bottom with an arrow suggesting to connect to itunes, But when I plugged it to the computer it does not do anything IT IS LIKE IT IS FROZEN....HELP!!!
WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX IT???
