I called a apple center to order my macbook pro. They are me for all my credit card number, should i give it to them because they said they will place the order for me?

Which exact store? Are you sure they are Apple authorized? How did you hear about them?

I am in Singapore, i saw their is a discount for student which is under Education Store, I clicked and i saw a "Questions? Call 1800-692-7753" . then i called the number and they explained and create an account for me and so on. After that, they asked me if i wanted to order now, then i asked how can i pay them? They said through Credit Card, but i wondered how can i use credit card through phone, they said just read them to numbers on the card, they will place the order.

You can order online if they have that service available.
Frankly at some stage you have to trust people with your credit card. Even if you were in the store you would have to give it to them and trust the person wasn't running it through a skimming device.

I'll let somebody else answer that. I have never purchased anything from Apple directly; everything Mac I own is secondhand. 🙂
It is the same.
For example, 5 minutes ago, I just bought holiday tickets, and I had to rebook one of the days, and it costed me an extra £10. I had to give the manager of Canadian Affairs my credit card information and trust him with that.
