How to use Cyberduck

I downloaded free Cyberduck in order to transfre files off my iPhone to my Macbook. The user interface on Cyberduck is totally new to me and I don't know how to connect my two devices. If you have tried cyberduck please help me to figure this out? And I don't know where to find the FTP address on my iPhone.

To make it a little more clear: I bought an unlocked iPhone from Apple.com. I suppose it is not the Jailbroken phone. Whatever it is, my problem is getting my photos and videos that I recorded on my iPhone from the iPhone into my computer. I have a Macbook with Tiger OS, and it doesn't work with iCloud. So I wanted to figure out other ways to get these photos to my computer, that is all.

Put simply, "Cyberduck" will NOT work with your iPhone. Cyberduck will only work with iPhones where the owner has "ruined" some of the intrnal iPhone iOS software intentionally in order to do things which Apple does not support; this act is known as "jailbreaking." Jailbreaking is not allowed by Apple and would Void your Warranty and prevent you from using these Forums. Give up on using Cyberduck; Delete it. I personally do not know of a way to copy your iPhone photos to a MacBook running such an old version of OS X. It may be to upgrade your MacBook.

Hope this helps 🙂

Just plug it in to your computer via USB and use either image capture or iPhoto to get the photos/videos off.

Thanks every one who answered my question. I used the Image Capture according to your instruction and it worked very easily! My version of Mac OS didn't have iPhoto.

Before reading your instruction I bought from App Store a program called FTPManager. I spent a whole evening trying to figure it out because I don't have much knowledge in FTP thing. I just couldn't make the connection between my Macbook and iPhone. If I could make it work, it should be very handy for transfering any types of files between computers. I work as a graphic designer so I transfer large sizes of photos a lot.
