2 columns calendar

I want my girlfriend to use ical at her beauty salon. She needs two different calendars (one for each employee). How can I force iCal to always put employee #1's events at left and employee #2's events at right for each day of the week?. Because they have appointment at different hours, sometimes employee #1 is at right and other times at left, depending on employee #2's schedule.

The attached image shows my problem.

2 options

1) Follow these instructions for putting iCal into debug mode and altering some settings to make it usable

Use Terminal.app to turn on the iCal Debug Menu -
defaults write com.apple.iCal IncludeDebugMenu 1

Then in iCal go to the debug menu > Top Sekret (sic) > Uncheck "use iPad style event layout."

You can also install a plugin called secrets to change the default event time from 1hr to what ever you wish to make the appointment setup process faster

2) An app called Busycal, but its crazyily priced at around $50 and you cant even change the default appointment time, and there is no way to change that....so god knnow what they are thinking .... again an app designer for people who dont need a solid calendar....but its still an option.
