I'm trying to enable Itunes in the cluod (I'm in Italy and it has been just enabled)
but even if i set Music checkbox in Preferences->store->Automatic download I can see the button Music in the pruchased page on te app store.
Any suggestion?

Select Store in iTunes.
Click on Purchased under Quick links on the right side.

This answer didn't help me at all.
When i click on purchased button I just don't see the music button.
As you can see from the image below, in Italy I'm supposed to be downloading music, music videos,app and books but I don't find any Music button to redownload music and on the iPhone iTunes App there's no purchased button.
In the mac os iTunes I have the purchsed button but I can't download Music.
I had an idea to subscribe to iTunes Match but I think I'll be waiting 'til this issue is fixed
