I pad shuffle

I presume you mean an iPod shuffle, not an iPad. Difficult to say when you provide no details. How are you attempting to transfer the music, and what exactly is going wrong?

not sure....have shuffle charging in the USB port...orange light is flashing. What do I do next to transfer music from "my music" which I have stored on my computer hd?
