Trying to download my digital copy of HP 7 part 2. Getting the run around.

I am trying to download my didital copy of HP 7 part 2.. Ultraviolet gave me a redemption code to download the movie into my iTunes library. I redeemed it in iTunes, but iTunes said my session "timed out" I didn't waste time. I was in there long enough to type the code. But it said too long. So I started over this time it said I could not use a code that already had been used. The code could only be used once. Does anyone know what to do next?
