The iCloud System System page says that the email outage affects less than 1% of users, yet people all over the world are reporting problems here. Can anyone confirm if it's working normally for them?

Trouble for the last day or so. Don't know if it is related to an update to Safari yesterday. I am in Albuquerque, NM.

I'm out of mail since early afternoon yesterday (UK)! And after almost 24 hrs without explanation, my anger has turned into fear. What's happening? Help !
Oh! So it's happening again...
Today as well in South Florida. Emails are there, in iCloud, would not open, could not delete. Began to function later. Ugh.
Is anyone NOT having problems with iCloud email?
