iTunes 10.6.1: Playback speed

I'm interested in adjusting the playback speed of a video podcast in iTunes. An old solution was to open in Quicktime and use the A/V controls, but that appears to be disabled in Lion (?).

I'm trying to learn to hack my mac, so would be interested in any work arounds possible.

@b noir - thanks v. much, worked like a charm. Had a little trouble getting QT 7 to show up - it downloaded into the utilities folder and initial spotlight searches weren't picking it up (it just occurred to me that that was likely because it had not yet been indexed; I always imagined there be some sort of a delta-indexing for recently downloaded items ... ?).

Anyhow QT 7 has the a/v controls & so I'm very much enjoying a much more appropriately paced playback. Thank for taking the time to help!

All the best,

Rax
