New Ipad
Today my New Ipad simply turned off ...and remains with its screen totally black..I tried to push both buttons but nothing happens..the screen is still black.
What should I do ?

How long did you try to push "both" buttons? To reboot, press and hold BOTH buttons at the SAME time for about 10 seconds (ignore the red slider to shut down) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will [hopefully] restart.
3 important points in a Reset
1. You must hold the Sleep and Home button down together for about 10 to 12seconds
2. Don't let go until you see the Apple logo

I did hold the sleep and home button down together for 20 seconds...nothing happened. The screen is still back.
Hold it longer. if not, let the battery discharge in its power downed state. Wait. What was your battery percentage you last saw before it turned off?
Protip: Sometimes plugging the iPad to its charger with the wall socket turned off accelerates discharging rates.
Apple´s friends ..Please help me ...BLACK SCREEN NEW IPAD.. I pushed both buttons (sleep and home) for 20 seconds and nothing happed. The black sreen is still there. Seems it is completely DEAD. Any help ??

How long ago did you make the purchase? I suggest if you're not willing to discharge and see if the dust settles, here's what you can do.
If its within 30 days (Apple physical store purchase), go to the store to get assistance with the issue. They should be quite receptive and are willing to offer 1-for-1 exchanges for your bricked unit.

I'd recommend the first option if you got the iPad online though.
Out of replacement period? Use the warranty. Visit the Genius bar at any Apple Store OR, call the Apple Care hotline to see what they can do about the iPad.
I just bought it in the USA on April 19th. I live in Brazil.
Apple Store in Brazil is able to do the # 1 Option ??

I don't think so (not very sure). You can approach an Apple Store for advice though. Would be nice if you had the proof of purchase.

Hopefully, Apple can exchange my Ipad I purchaded in the USA here in Brazil.
