Pandora no longer opening

I am using a 3 week old iMac desktop with Lion 10.7.3. I downloaded Adobe Flash last week, then read about Click-to-flash and downloaded that. Today I can no longer get Pandora.com to open, spinning and message to troubleshoot. Went through the troubleshooting without luck.

Any advice?
