I was using the POP access to MobileMe and now that iCloud is only IMAP none of my filing rules are working on incoming mail. Everything ends up in my Me folder which is pretty useless. Dragging things to the folders makes a copy of them, but having to deal with them at all is a major issue. Is there a clever way to handle this? Outlook also doesn't handle Junk mail the same way any more.

First, that's not true. If you want to use POP, I can't understand why anyone would prefer it over IMAP, just hold the Option button down before you press the "Create" button when you start a new account.
Interesting. When I made the switch Apple said it was only IMAP. I will update the POP settings in Outlook and see if it works. I did find that Outlook has separate rules for IMAP so I just have to recreate my rules and they seem to work as expected.
