Q: Getting a refund for an incorrect purchase

On April 19th I purchased the iBook "Fall of Giants" and the audio version of the same title. The iBook was a mistake. I wanted the audio book. Is it possible to get a refund for this purchase? Please let me know.

iTunes Customer Service Contact - http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact.html - Apple states all sales are final, but you can ask.
