photos wont sync

If you want to import Photos and videos from iPhone to your PC, connect it to your computer.

But if you want to use iCloud, you have to turn on Photo Stream on your Device and install iCloud control Panel on your PC(turn on Photostream as well). Once this is established, any new Photos (no video) taken on your iPhone, a copy will appear on your iPhone Photostream folder as well as your PC's Photostream folder(this may take minutes or hours).

iCloud.com does not save any photo and therefore you won't find any.

And if you are talking about syncing photos from your PC, do the following:

1. Put photos you want on iPhone in a folder e.g. AAAA

2. Connect your device, select your iPhone under 'Devices' on iTunes left Pane, then on the right, go to Photos tab.

3. Make sure 'SYNC PHOTOS from' box is checked, and click the button next to Choose folder and select AAAA folder.

4. Click the APPLY or SYNC button on the lower right window.
