how to download apps from computer to i pod

open itunes, go to the side bar and click apps, then you can see all your apps downloaded. Drag the apps you want to put to your ipod into the side bar where it displays your ipod name. ~

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar.

To sync to your iPod go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device and follow the instructions.
