HI

On my Mac it is in iTunes

Login to your Account using the drop down at your Name on the top right when showing the Store.

In here you have th choice to Edit the details.

I am presuming (As I don't want to change mine) that you can remove the info as well as change it.

There is no way to remove the credit card from your Apple ID (iTunes) account. An iTunes account advisor can remove the current card from your account, however you will not be able to purchase even free apps until you add a valid credit/debit card to your account.

There is a way to create an account without a credit card, but it must be created that way. Here is the link on how to create an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card.

That's incorrect. On your computer, open iTunes. Go to iTunes Store. In the upper right (under Search Store) click on your account (log in if your're not logged in.) Go to Account and then click Edit next to Payment Type.

The last selection to the right is None. Select that and your credit card information is removed.

You can also do this on iOS devices by going to Settings > Store > click on Apple ID.

HI,

I checked in iTunes version 11.0.2

User uploaded file

Seems my Card has run out 😟

However I still have the NONE option.

I had to launch iTunes

I had to go to the Store on the Home Page

I had to click on the word "Account" and then fill in my Password in the Pop up (my Apple ID was prefilled).

I could then click Edit on the "Payment Information" line.

That presented me with the Page I partly copied above.

On the bottom of the Home Page is a Help column of items

One of these is Support.

Clicking that take you to this page in a browser http://www.apple.com/uk/support/itunes/

There is a Menu and the bottom items in Contact Support.

At the next page chose Contact iTune Store Support.

After that follow the options for Managing Account until you are offered an email Button.

The Support people should be able to sort out your account.
