iCal: MBP to iPhone ok, iPhone to MBP no

Hi Ckuan,

I have 7 checked calendars in MBP, iPhone and in https://www.icloud.com/#calendar

The calendars are all checked and have same names and same colours.

"need" is a relative thing. Please explain how the number of calendars relate to the problemsolving, just so I understand.

Colours vary between calendars. Individual calendars appear alike in MBP, iPhone and Cloud.

"Is iPhone Settings > iCloud > Calendar ON?"

yes

"In iPhone, which is default calendar are you using?"

Now - Here is something maybe. My default calendar in MBP is "work" in iPhone the default is the general "Calendar"

When further analyzing and testing:

I deselected the general "Calendar" in my iPhone (all 7 calendars are activated) Which means I do not allow the "Show all calendars " command to execute.

Having done that the previously made calendar info on the iPhone was transferred to the MBP

Could you ckuan explain to me where I previously failed?

i have "on my mac" Calendar checked

underneath i have under my mac address all seven calendars, each of them checked

(And under that some subscription calendars, part of which I use, and those are checked

Thanks for your help ckuan. My problem is solved even if in depth:

1. Don't quite understand the general "calendar" vs the different "sub" calendars

2. my add-on question in my first mail is still open
