Hi,

Using iCloud, (MBP 10.7.4) (iPhone 4S 5.1.1)

The calendar notes i make via iPhone do not transfer to my MBP. The calendar notes I make via MBP transfer without any problem to my iPhone. I am sure there is an elementary explanation for this, but I just cannot figure it out.

Please advice,

thanks, pyry

PS

My calendar in MBP looks different from my calendar when viewed thru

https://www.icloud.com/#calendar

The iCloud one has a timeline under the calendar etc. Can I make my "regular calendar" a look alike?

On the Mac, in iCal, click Calendar (top left) How many calendar do you have under

ON MY MAC ? ICLOUD ?

    Are all Calendars checked?

On the iPhone same thing, how many?

    Are they all checked?

Do you need 7 of them?

Same colours? So how are you going to distinguish them?

Yes, I know need is a relative thing and we are not debating on that.

The point is that you have a number which seems to confuse your usage.

Is iPhone Settings > iCloud > Calendar ON?

In iPhone, which is default calendar are you using?

Start Calendar app, what do you have when you press Calendar (top left)?

All good, since you have so many of them, it's nice you've got it working now. I had in iPhone All iCloud and 4 more checked and in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > my default is Calendar.

    You're welcome.

Calendar (tree) is the top as you've understood and the other sub calendar(leaves)

Yeah, create a new thread for the other stuff.
