Getting DVDSP video_ts into Sonic Scenarist

Nope....Scenarist is built to work on Scenarist projects. Why not finish the job in DVDSP?

You can open a TS folder in DVDAfterEdit or MyDVDEdit

Hmmm well I'm not sure why you'd want to do the interactive stuff with dvdsp! Scenarist will let you author a much more efficient project. You'd want to author very differently if using Scenarist when comparing to dvdsp.

Anyway... I know of a few apps. Here is one. But I've only gone spec app to spec app not AL to spec,

FWIW, dvdsp's AL uses GPRM0-7 and if you've used any GPRMs in scripts then you've been using 8-15. You may need to know this so things dont go crazy in Scenarist... but to be honsest I'd say do it all in one or the other. Scenarist if you have time, dvdsp if you don't,

So you can create a TS folder from another authoring app and import that into Scenarist?

Eric - kinda. If you use that app you'll have a Scenarist script you can work with but going from AL tool to spec its never going to be as easy as pressing a button 'import _TS folder' if you know what I mean. But atleast if you've got projects talking Scenarist you're heading in the right direction and can start merging etc.

If I get a chance I'll test dvdsp & Maestro projects to see how they translate but I don't see why I'd ever do it in the real world cause they dont give you spec level control. I'd want to change everything... but the app is pretty cool if you're a Scenarist user.

Ive heard of this app but never realised it could do what your saying. Its just nice to know its out there.
