Why is AppleTV not playing my purchased movies?

My Apple TV is not playing my Purchased movies, only the Trailers. I go to "Movies" on AppleTVSelect "Purchased"Click on a movie listed thereThe Trailer plays, not the movie.When the Trailer ends it goes back to the menu.This happened before I updated to the new OS and following the install.Any advice?

I had this problem too. I took the Apple TV back to Best Buy and got another one. I still had the same problem. I eventually fixed it by getting another modem for my internet. You need one that is the docsys 3.0 or greater. My wireless router uses wireless N and that works too with the Apple TV. Good luck.
