Q: Missing iTunes installation package problem prevents updates/uninstall

When I try to run iTunes updates (downloads) or uninstall I get a message that tells me itunes can not locate the installation package ("can not find path to network resource to access iTunes.msi). This prevents me from installing and uninstalling itunes. I tried locating a correct path on MyPC none of which was successful when ran again...same results. I'm stuck...can not make updates and can not uninstall for solution.. Help?!

Go to Microsoft website to fix install and Unistall problems. Click "Run now" from Fix it to remove all iTunes & related installer files:
http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall
Be aware that Windows Installer CleanUp Utility will not remove the actual program from your computer. However, it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall over.
