Apple don't have an e-mail address for support, you need to call them on the phone.

What if the phone number doesn't work? What if the shop you bought it from is from another country?
Is this the legendary Apple support - one that doesn't have an email address?
There are a large number of countries listed on that page. What country are you in?
Apple's technical support for most products is done by phone. It works better that way.

What phone number doesn't work? And doesn't work how?

Try another Apple-authorized service center in the country where you are now.

Apple has never offered support via email (with the exception of the iTunes Store) and still gets rated as one of the best service organizations. You can draw your own conclusions from that.

"The number you dialled is incorrect"
My concern is to cancel AppleCare and get a full refund, would visiting a shop take care of that?
Unfortunately no. You need to contact their agreement administration department.
they dont have an e-mail address but there is a form you can fill out to submit a question then the question is assigned to a tech depending on the question then after they e-mail you back you can correspond back and forth via e-mail and they'll go out of their way to help you i ended up going back through my old mail and found one of those responses and simply replied to it . who knows who got it after e-mailing apple will send you a confirmation e-mail to tell you your question was received and they'll contact you within 24 hours but i never got that e-mail so its probably somewhere out there in cyber-space so ive accomplished nothing
There is no form to submit for Apple technical support. The form you refer to applies only to issues regarding the iTunes Store. The original question was posted almost a year ago, by the way.
Regards.
sorry i didnt know it was 2 separate things
I have the same exact problem right now. I even requested a call but they will only call numbers from the country you bought the laptop from. I bought mine in Austria. Right after the purchase I had to leave for a while. I am experiencing huge troubles like getting electrical shocks that make me fall of my chair and I can't get in contact with Apple.
Here is the entire page of how to contact Apple; if you are experiencing the problems you mentioned, you may want to write to the corporate address in Cupertino, CA:
