Q: Hardware Test with Mac bluetooth wireless keyboard

Greetings ... Can anyone suggest a way to initiate the Hardware Test (depress D while booting up) when using the bluetooth wireless keyboard? The grey screen appears before the keyboard is located. Thanks John

If you use the AHT DVD and pull all your drives that means it won't find anything but the DVD.

To the hatter ... Thanks for the reply. However, I have no recollection of ever getting DVDs with this computer. In the absence of the DVD, what can I do? I read about running the test online. Where could I find instructions for that? Thanks again ... John

Apple always includes OEM DVD.

If there was none, then they can supply a replacement set for a small fee.

Only systems that shipped iwth Lion pre installed have network install and AHT.
