How do I load a converted mp4 video that is on my iPad 3 into keynote on iPad 3?

I have a 17 minute video that I am trying to add into a keynote presentation. I added it into a folder in my pictures on my PC and have also converted it to be viewed on my "new iPad". The video is sitting in the "videos" app on my home screen of the IPad. Any ideas??!!
