iPhoto Help Please

Hi - I read that when a picture is cropped and saved in iPhoto that the original should still be available because it works off of a copy, but when I go back to look for the original I don't see it. Does anyone know where it is saved?

In edit mode press the shift key to see the original (you can also go back one edit at a time by pressing the command key and typing "z") - at any time right click on a photo and choose revert to original

The original is saved in the iPhoto library as all all versions of the photo and all information about he photo - you should never go directly into the iPhoto library - doing so can damage your library and cause data loss
