Restart from MAc OS to windows, it wont work anymore. The prompt says "You can’t change the startup disk to the selected disk. The bless tool was unable to set the current boot disk"

My bootcamp won't work anymore. From MAC OS, when i tried to restart to Windows, it says, "You can't change the start-up disk to the selected disk.

The bless tool was unable to set the current boot disk." Then when i'm going to check the Boot camp assistant it says "Boot Camp Assistant cannot be used.

You must update your computer's Boot ROM firmware before using this set-up".. Please help what should i do...

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4), Boot ROM Version: MBP81.0047.B27
