I want to disable the voice control without "locking" the iphone. Voice control activates itself without pushing the home button.

I want to disable to voice control without locking the iphone 3gs. The voice control activates itself all the time. I don't have to push the home button. I can be sending a text message and the blue voice control window will pop up. I recently had APPLE replace the glass cover... I wonder if there was damage caused to the button when they replaced it... im not sure, but if there is a way to delete this app, it'd be great to know how. I have not jailbroken the iphone 3gs
