Q: bonjour has been deleted how can i get that back, my i.e is super slow

My IE is super slow, in the help and support, it said bonjour was deleted? How can i download just that program? Will that help speed up my laptop? Im not a computer whiz, as you can probably tell..lol thank you for all of your help...Kim
