TV show downloading error

How do I clear my download cache for tv show that seem to be stuck in downloading error, go to Purchased and it says Downloaded

iPad 2, iOS 5.1.1, Can't resume, can't clear, go to p

To reset the iTunes Store cache:

Click on the Edit menu > Preferences > Advanced tab
Next to "Reset iTunes Store cache", click the "Reset cache" button

Try deleting the download as well. Tap and hold down on the TV Show icon and see if an X pops up. Or try swiping across the progress bar to bring up a red delete button.
