Before the new version of pages was possible alligne the objects with other objects in the pages. Now the guidelines show only pages border and centre allignement. Is it right or i am in error?

The currently available guides from settings include Center Guides, Edge Guides and Spacing Guides.
BUT only border (edge) and center alignment guides are displayed IF your objects Wrap is set to Move with Text (ON).
The spacing guides only appear when the object Wrap is set to Move With Text (OFF) for your objects.
You aren't in error, but you may be in word processing mode instead of layout mode of operation.
