Q: How to use optical itv2 with my stereo".

Any settings to turn on the itv 2 optical port ? I'm getting hdmi audio to my monitor need optical to send signal to my stereo. Need little help

    Welcome to the Apple community.

     

    There are no settings to turn optical on and off, optical is always on.

     

    Are you sure that your stereo supports digital optical. If it does, check your "Dolby Digital" settings in settings > audio and video, try turning the setting to off.
