Obviously enough Apple does not care, so why would we. As I have an IT decision role in my company, your irritating attitude toward Serbian speaking people sold another 500+ Samsung smart phones. Samsung should pay you 😝

You can say its discrimination, racism, or just plain laziness. If you go to the main apple site, at the bottom you can choose every ex-Yugoslavian country except for Serbia and Bosnia. Even Montenegro, which has a population of 700 000. One of their excuses can be that there are not enough sales in Serbia. However, there are at least 5 million Serbs that live outside of Serbia in well-developed nations that can purchase the iPhone and many of us have. If you go to any other smart phone distributer you can find the Serbian language as an option. I'm appalled at this, as my family and I basically purchase everything Apple. This definitely will not go unheard, and I promise to spread the word around the Serbian community about this.

It is really a curious issue, and now, by the year of 2016, yet not resolved.

Apple does have contracts with phone providers in Serbia and is selling iPhones to some extent here, but it is still impossible to find Serbia on the list of countries in several features - for example, when you try to save your passwords to a keychain.

There are still ways to buy things using Croatia as a country of origin, which is fine, however odd it might be.

I am a long time ex-path, have been living in USA and Spain and returned to Serbia a couple of years ago. I am using Apple products for a long time and now i am facing these ridiculous issues that are difficult to explain.

Would anybody from Apple be so kind to clearly respond and answer to these few buyers of their extremely expensive high end hardware in Serbia, Bosnia or Kosovo as we are paying at least the same price for similar products as the users from Croatia or Montenegro are?
