To print email - touch the arrow icon at the bottom of the message and select "Print."

Already read this...doesn't solve my problem. When I'm viewing an email message with mail.app on the iPhone 4S the "next" icon doesn't show up to move forward to the page to select the printer. Works fine with web pages, .doc or .pdf files, but not with an email message itself.
There is no "next icon" as you describe. At the bottom of the email message there is a curved arrow icon which when selected gives the options: Reply, Forward, and Print. If you select Print, the next screen (no icon) is the Printer Options screen showing the printer and various printing options.
Thanks...that did it! I'm so used to that being only for "reply/forward" I never even thought of "print" also being there. Thanks again!
You're welcome.
